		| Message | They have to turn it over to you. The law was enacted so you couldn't snag "mcdonalds.com" for example and then hold it for ransom until McDonalds corp purchased it from you. "AshleyPowers" is a trademark of your business, the domain name is legally yours. Do some research on this, Chrysler (Jeep) has captured a few websites this way, and I believe Intel as well? Been a while since I looked into it, but registering a competitor's domain name and directing traffic to your own website is absolutely illegal. Even if a third party is doing it on their behalf, that third party must surrender the domain name. Time to call a lawyer and sue for damages. Z1 on the other hand just lost some business, so if they happen to be innocent in this they should also be suing the owner of this website for damages.
